VENUE FILMS PROPOSAL
HOW I WORK
My approach to content creation is based on combining
visual storytelling with real experience. I believe the most
engaging content comes from naturally living a space
rather than heavily staging it.
I integrate into the Venue and work around its rhythm,
capturing both its atmosphere and the way it is
experienced.
WORKFLOW:

Mornings (best natural light): Filming and capturing
key spaces -
Afternoons: Additional shooting, adapting to moments
or events -
On-site editing: Continuous selection and editing of
content
This process allows me to deliver a cohesive and intentional
visual narrative.
CONTENT & DELIVERY
My main focus is video, particularly cinematic and natural short-
form content (Reels).
WHAT I CREATE:

2 short-form videos (Reels)

1 cinematic video (suitable for website use)

Photo and video Aerial footage (drone)
Photography: I take a curated approach, focusing on key spaces
and meaningful details rather than documenting every area.
Photography is conceived as a complementary layer to the
video narrative.
DELIVERY:

All content is edited on-site

Final delivery is completed before departure

Minimum 3 Reels + 1 video for website and 20 selected and
Edited photos.
ACOMMODATION
The collaboration is primarily based on an exchange of accommodation for the
content created.
I usually work within a 2/3 nights / 3/4 days stay, which allows enough time to:

Capture different light conditions

Create a variety of content without rushing

Maintain a high-quality and thoughtful output
During the stay, I both film and edit on-site, working in a continuous and organic
way. This allows me to stay immersed in the environment and deliver all final
content before departure.
My collaborations are also designed around a balance between creation and
experience. Taking time to genuinely enjoy and absorb the space is an essential
part of producing authentic and emotionally engaging content, rather than
approaching it as a strict full-day production schedule.
That said, I tend to feel very inspired in beautiful environments, so the process
flows naturally between capturing, editing, and experiencing.
FLEXIBLE ADD-ONS
I am fully open to adapting the collaboration to include more specific or
tailored content depending on what is happening during my stay.
This can include, for example:

Capturing specialities of the house or signature experiences

Documenting events or guest experiences taking place during my stay

A more behind-the-scenes approach, observing and filming the team in
their daily work (preparing spaces, hosting, and the rhythm of the venue)
- This would be genuily included in the main reels but if there’s any
specific thing.
CREATIVE SUPPORT
I am open to working with a companion
as a model for certain lifestyle or
atmospheric shots, when needed, in order
to enrich the visual storytelling and bring
more depth and human presence into the
imagery.
If it is convenient for you and there is
availability, I may also travel with a +1
support person, who can assist with
practical aspects of the production and,
when appropriate, help as a model for
specific scenes. This remains entirely
flexible and would only be included if it
aligns with your setup and space, and if
my companion is available at the time.
EVENT COVERAGE
If there is any event or wedding
taking place during my stay, I would
be happy to capture the essence of
the space both as a host environment
and as a live event, documenting the
atmosphere and experience in a
natural and respectful way, as long as
the timing and access are convenient
for you.
The intention is always to remain flexible and supportive of your needs, while enhancing the way
the space and its experience are communicated visually.

ABOUT ME
Mas Movimiento was founded by Inés Rico as a space dedicated to storytelling in motion, with wedding films as its original foundation.
Over time, it has expanded into collaborations with artists, entrepreneurs, and corporate events, while maintaining a cinematic and human-centered approach to visual storytelling.
Alongside this evolution, a new direction emerged: Venue Films — a way of documenting spaces in a more immersive and narrative form. This approach focuses not only on the physical environment, but also on the people, atmosphere, and invisible layers that give each place its identity.
This reflects a broader intention to work within the wedding and hospitality industry in a more holistic way, connecting venues, planners, and vendors, and experiencing destinations as living ecosystems rather than isolated events.
I am a naturally curious, travel-driven filmmaker, drawn to spaces with meaning, history, and presence. I am especially inspired by places that feel timeless or significant — environments that deserve to be seen, understood, and translated with intention.
My approach is to observe with sensitivity, capture with purpose, and transform the essence of a place into imagery that feels honest, cinematic, and alive.
